We were contracted by Kirrawee High School to install a complete Solar Powered air conditioning system The school was delighted with the completed job and even more delighted that they do not have a power bill for their air conditioning.

In this really substantial waterfront property, we won the contract to install solar panels, battery storage and solar air conditioning. This was a private home in Woonona Heights where we installed solar panels to the roof of the home. The Client was over the moon when we completed the installation and received their first electricity account which was a credit! Thia was another private new build where we won the ‘lighting contract to design and install all the lighting for this stunning new home. It was a very satisfying project for the team at Ocean Breeze and I know the client was really pleased with the finished product as the home at night was showstopper.
Lucas Heights Community School
Inverter Reverse Cycle Split Air
To help with the ever increasing summer heat, we were engaged by Lucas Heights Community School to install three Inverter Reverse Cycle Split Air Conditioning systems to provide primarily cooling in summer, as well as heating in winter to the Kindergarten classrooms and Staff Common Room.
We designed and built custom (powder coated) cages for each of the outdoor units to absolutely ensure the safety of the school children.
Jannali High School

This was a challenging project for a number of reasons however our team overcame all the challenges in a relatively short space of time and the new street sign was finally connected and now runs every night.
